Appointments

If you feel unwell, we would encourage you to utilise the self triage tool by the NHS 111 service prior to contacting us, this will help direct you to the correct service.

Urgent Appointments

Please call the practice during working hours or attend in person if you are unable to call. Our reception team have been trained to ask you about your symptoms and may direct you to another NHS service if that would better suit your needs. This also allows our team to book you with the correct member of the clinical team.

Routine Appointments

You can now book routine appointments online via SystmOnline.

Alternatively, you can call us on 0113 8879742 or attend in person if you are unable to call.

Cancelling an Appointment

You can cancel your appointment online via SystmOnline or you can complete our online form.

If you are unable to complete this online, please call us or come into the practice. It is really important you cancel appointments you cannot attend, around 80 – 90 appointments are wasted with the medical team each month by patients not attending. Thank you.

What to do when we are closed

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

Home visits

If you feel you need a home visit, please call reception before 10am and give the details of your concern to the receptionist. These requests will be triaged clinically. If you live out of area but have remained registered with us, we will be unable to conduct a home visit.

  • if you would prefer to consult with the doctor or nurse by phone, face-to-face, by video call or by text or email
